Rules & Regulations
To insure the beauty and tranquility of Horseshoe Cove Resort, Inc. and to provide you with the utmost privacy, safety and enjoyment, we request your cooperation with these policies.
LOT USAGE: One RV (travel trailer, motor home, park model, 5th Wheel, or mini-home) and transportation vehicle per lot. Please park on your own lot and on driveway only. Units must be fully self contained. Other vehicles are to be stored off premises.
GROUND RULES: No public display of firearms or intoxicants. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Consideration of your neighbor is required at all times.
Garage AND TRASH: All garbage and trash must be bagged and placed at street in front of unit prior to 8:00am, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Should you have garbage or trash other than these days, please carry to compactor at south end of park. Recycle bins available.
CLOTHES LINES: Laundry lines ARE NOT permitted on your lot. Lines are provided at the laundry areas for your use. Free standing racks are permitted for drying of towels and bathing suits. LAUNDRY HOURS are 8 am to 10 pm.
TELEPHONE MESSAGES: All messages will be posted outside office door in recreation hall. Any real emergencies will be delivered to unit.
GUEST: All guests must be registered in the office and accompanies by resident when using recreational facilities. You are responsible for your guests registration and conduct.
CHILDREN: Our facilities and services are designed for adults. Children under 18 are welcome to visit up to a maximum of 30 days. You are responsible for children and must accompany them at all times in the recreation and swimming pool areas.
PET POLICY: Pet Friendly. PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES. Pets must be attended at all times when outside your unit. Do not let pet on lot other than your own. FECAL MATTER MUST BE CLEANED UP IMMEDIATELY. You must have proof of current rabies shot. Certain breeds of dogs are restricted.
SWIMMING POOL: The pool is for residents and registered guests only. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. No cut off clothing. No babies in diapers or not toilet trained. No rafts, inner tubes or horseplay in pool. Suntan oil may be used but take a shower before entering pool. No shampoo is pool area showers.
MAINTAINENCE: If you have any problems during your stay please come to the office to report such incidents. We will at that time make a work order for the maintenance department. Please do not stop the men outside as all work orders must be processed through the office. This procedure will expedite any necessary attention you may need.
SPEED LIMIT: We ask that everyone observer a 15 MPH speed limit within the park. Watch for pedestrians and bicycles. No motorcycles or mini-bikes are to be ridden within the park.
SECURITY GATE: Pass cards to operate the security gate are available FOR RESIDENTS ONLY with a refundable deposit of $5.00. The security gate is manned 8 am to 10:30 pm, December – April. May – November weekdays 4 pm to 9:45 pm. Saturday and Sundays 8 am to 9:45 pm.
RECREATION AREA: Hours of operation: Sunday-Thursday 8 am – 10 pm. Friday and Saturday 8 am – 10 pm. Season 8 -11.
LIABILITY: Horseshoe Cove is not responsible for any damage to property or injury to person, on or off the premises. You must maintain your own insurance on all vehicles and contents.
