A late charge of $25 or 5% whichever is greater, will be assessed after 5 days, additional $3.00 per day thereafter.

Additional charges where applicable:
Additional Person: $3 per Day for each person over two. Children allowed only 30 days.

Returned check charge: $27. Rates may change without notice.

How to write for reservations:
Reservations of less than 1 month January thru March will not be accepted. CANCELLATION POLICY: $100 non-refundable deposit.

1. All requests should provide us with arrival date and departure date, type and size of your unit, number of people and if YOU HAVE A PET. Please include deposit.

2. We will try to place you at your favorite site. We will not guarantee a specific site , except for those staying six months or more.

3. Reservations are accepted anytime during the year with a $100 non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your last month’s rental. Phone or E- Mail reservations must be confirmed with deposit within ten days.
