January, February, March reserved as full calendar months only, no partials.

February only reserved with January or March (No single February reservations)

**(Payable in advance or 3 payments) only. (Not available on PULL THRU LOTS, terms cash or 1st& last) Annual rate will be paid 1/6th of the amount each month or all in advance starting at the time of lease. A 2% discount is allowed upon full payment in advance. Motor homes & Travel trailers**

A late charge of $25 or 5% whichever is greater, will be assessed after 5 days, additional $3.00 per day thereafter.

Electric billed directly from Florida Power and Light Co.

Water usage billed by Horseshoe Cove.

Additional charges where applicable:
Additional Person: $3 per Day for each person over two. Children allowed only 30 days.

Returned check charge: $27. Rates may change without notice.

How to write for reservations:
Reservations of less than 1 month January thru March will not be accepted. CANCELLATION POLICY: $100 non-refundable deposit.

1. All requests should provide us with arrival date and departure date, type and size of your unit, number of people and if YOU HAVE A PET. Please include deposit.

2. We will try to place you at your favorite site. We will not guarantee a specific site , except for those staying six months or more.

3. Reservations are accepted anytime during the year with a $100 non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your last month’s rental. Phone or E- Mail reservations must be confirmed with deposit within ten days.
